  1. I started a new game with a Totemic Shaman (18 Strength). I could bash the lock with the sapphire. I could bash every lock in Winthrop. I have an install with just base EET installed. On a Mac I can then quickly copy the folder and test different installs. Anyhow, I did a quick install with only ToF (no other mods except EET). I started a new game with a bard (10 strength). I could successfully bash all locks. I tested without ToF installed and couldn't bash the locks except the first two as per normal with decent strength. **UPDATE** Tested with a few components from ToF installed, but not Revised Ability Scores and I could NOT bash the locks with the same low strength Bard.
  2. @lefreut that did the trick. I just did a basic install with your UI mod and Tales of Faerun. I now have access to the kits. Now I will try with a larger mod stack. Thanks.
  3. I installed the 4.7 version of LeUI-BGEE, but the interface is the blue SoD interface and not brown BGEE interface. I am testing out the new version per your suggestion since I am trying to install Talents of Faerun.
  4. I am going to attempt another EET install with several mods (like my 6th try in the past week which sucks on a Mac since you can't batch install). I have figured out a couple of kinks on the last two attempts: The component "Spell System Revisions and New Spells" has to be installed before SubtleD's Spell Tweaks Even if installing ToF after Lefruet's UI there is a conflict and multi-class kits won't display (going to try Lefruet's new version and see if this fixes it) What I am not sure about outside of those two issues, but kind of related to #1, is should ALL of the components for ToF be installed after EET-end? When installing EET and multiple other mods I usually refer to two sources: 1) the install order displayed by @subtledoctor MacWeiduLauncher and 2) the EET Mod Install Order Guide posted here on G3. Following the advice for EET Mod Install order, the IWD spells should be installed right after Spell Revisions and before EET-end. Should I be installing IWD spells pre-EET_end (via ToF) and everything else after EET_end? Or Install all of it after EET_end and before SCS? Outside of quest/npc mods that shouldn't effect ToF and SCS I plan to install: Spell Revisions Item Revisions Rogue Rebalancing Forgotten Armanents Tweaks Anthology SublteD Spell Tweaks DubtleD Item Tweaks EET ToF SCS To be honest, for me EET, Tweaks Anthology, and SCS/ToF are the most important. Everything else is just added flavor for me, but trying to make it work. Thanks.
  5. I'll check it out. Thanks.
  6. I am a little confused on where I find the multi-class kits during character creating. For example, I was going to try the Silent Avenger (Avenger/Assassin). I chose half-elf, then multi-class, then druid/thief. Then it took back to the main character creation page to select alignment. I also, tested with other multiclass. Never saw an option for kits. What am I missing?
  7. I did some testing. I installed with just SR and then the ToF IWD Arcane spells component. No problem. Then I tried without SR and instead @subtledoctor Spell Tweaks and then I get the error. Hopefully that helps narrow things down. You two are both top modders, so I am sure it will be an easy fix. Thanks.
  8. I am installing after EET_end and before SCS. I am assuming it is a conflict with a change another mod. The past several weeks I have done several new installs with the same component from the new SCS with no problems. However, in those cases I did install earlier in the mod process based on some old mod install notes which suggested installing SCS in two parts with the spells being installed right after Spell Revisions. This time I installed all later after EET since that is what I saw in the documentation. I think the only other spell related mods I installed are Spell Revisions and SublteD's Spell Tweaks. I am installing using the MacWEiduLauncher on MacOS and follow the mod install order SubtleDoctor has in the app. ERROR Installing [Include arcane spells from Icewind Dale: Enhanced Edition], rolling back to previous state Will uninstall 730 files for [dw_talents/dw_talents.tp2] component 1500. Uninstalled 730 files for [dw_talents/dw_talents.tp2] component 1500. ERROR: Failure("cannot append column-wise to 7eyes.2da") WEIDU
  9. I just saw your Talents of Faerun mod this weekend. I am going to test it out. I have to spend a few hours re-installing. I'll see of the issue pops up on my new install. Thanks for all the hard work.
  10. So far the issue seems to be in the two maps South of Beregost. The ambush site at the top of 4300 is the biggest culprit. The hobgoblins drop multiple 12+ stacks of potions.
  11. I started a new game with v35.4 installed and a bunch of other mods (mostly ones I usually run). Anyhow, I am getting A LOT of extra potion drops. Like stacks of 12 and 20. I installed potions for NPCs. I don't know if it is because of SCS or not. It could be another mod, but the only other new mods in my stack are Quest mods from Lava/Weasel Mods. Anybody else noticing this?
  12. Thanks. I looked through the thread, I must not have scrolled back enough.
  13. I just got to Beregost and noticed that the +x ammunition sold at the Feldepost's Inn and Thunderhammer Smithy have way screwed up text. For example instead of Dart+x it says "Ha! I knew Kalah would trip over himself ...." or arrow+1 says "Some of these beasts are illusions and some are real ..." I have quite a few mods and installed SCS in two parts (as I have done in the past). Spells pre EET-end. Everything else after. I made a copy of the game folder post EET-end and before SCS. If I load the save in pre-SCS version of the game, the text is fine. If I open the save in the post-SCS version, the text is missed up. I did install "Replace +1 arrows and other projectiles with nonmagical "fine" ones". I will try without and see what happens. **EDIT UPDATE** If I don't install "Replace +1 arrows and other projectiles with nonmagical "fine" ones", then the text is fine. WeiDU.log.zip
  14. I wasn't sure where to ask about this, but I figure you all have the most experience with various mods and have been playing a long time so would best be able to pin point my current issue. I just started a new trilogy run with several mods on a fresh install for current version of SCS. Anyhow, enemies are dropping WAY TOO MANY scrolls and potions. Every little nothing random fodder. I am 20-30 minutes in traveling South from Beregost and have like 20 scrolls, 12 elixirs of healing, 12 potions of stone giant strength, half dozen potion of regeneration (never recall seeing these in 20 years of playing), 20 potions of clarity. Attached is a zip of my weidu.log if somebody doesn't mid taking a look and helping me out. I tried some new Quest Mods I have never used before (quest mods from Weasel Mods) and Shades of the Swordcoast for the first time. Newest version of SoD and BG2EE. I think Tactical difficulty (the one above Core). WeiDU.log.zip
