Hi and thanks for this mod. I've really enjoyed it. Just did my second run with it. In my first run, when I got to the Undercity, all the NPCs in my party piped up with something to say about the task ahead. However, this time when I entered the city, none of the NPCs said a thing. My first run was canon (Khalid, Jaheira, Minsc, Dynaheir, Imoen). This last run was with Ajantis, Safana, Faldorn, and Quayle (and Neera, but she's not NPC project). If I missed something, is there a way to force the dialogue to occur? I'd like to know what they have to say.

It was a message in the text box that also appeared superimposed over the room my party was in with the arch-druids corpse.
Happy to help.

Hi jastey. I started this game after performing a fresh install of BGEE 2.5. Maybe theres been a minor update since then?

Kagain isn't in my party, nor has he been. Running the cannon party.
Running:
* BGEE 2.5.17.0
* BG 1 NPC v23.3
* SCS 31
In Cloakwood after killing Amarande, the following message appears:
Amarande: Kagain's Quest
Entar Silvershield's son was killed. I didn't like Kagain's attitude, so we parted ways, but I might take the pin back to the Silvershields when we get to Baldur's Gate.
I'm guess that that message shouldn't appear at all.

When I met Seniyad with Jaheira in my party, they recognize one-another:
Jaheira: Seniyad. It is good to see you once more.
Seniyad: Jaheira! You are welcome among us....
I side with Seniyad. After the battle it's as if Jaheira and Seniyad never recognized one-another:
Seniyad: Bah! Do not let the cunning lies of civilization's worst products sway your mind, young dru-... Jaheira? Is that you, young one? I should have recognized you immediately!
Jaheira: It is indeed I, Jaheira....
I'm thinking we only want one of those exchanges, not both.
Undercity dialogue? (SPOILERS)

Ah, good to know. Thanks for the info. I wondered if it was like the end of SoA where each NPC says something to you. Anyway, I really enjoyed NPC project this run. The Ajantis-Faldorn discussions were particularly interesting.
