I know this might not be the right place to ask, but I'm playing BG2 non EE with Ascension installed. I have an issue and I hope that I can get some help as I can't get to the end game after playing the game for nearly a year no.
SPOILERS:
So I managed to convince Balthazar to switch sides - he brings Melissan forth from his prison; she kills 4 of Balthazar guards and then the fight against her starts.
Balthazar dimensions door way and after I beat Melissan she says a line of text and then nothing happens; Balthazar doesn't come back and the Solar doesn't appear.

Does anyone have any insight on this?
