But maybe S&A mostly gives passive bonuses? In which case there would be no problem at all.
The main advice I have is, use the tome immediately when you re recruit an NPC. Don’t be tempted to change NPCs later on, or change them multiple times in a game. There is a technical issue where, if you use the tome right away, it will remove all your proficiencies and let you choose new ones. But if you add pips in a proficiency and then use the tome, that proficiency becomes indelible and cannot be removed. (This is why it’s not a good idea to use the class-change function with Charname, who will inevitably have lots of indelible proficiencies. (You can use the kit-change function with Charname, though, to do stuff like add a single-class kit to a multiclass character.))

Is this mod working well in 2023 on BGEE with SCS, Tweaks Anthology, skills and abilities, and enhanced powergaming scripts installed?
I am looking to your mod because i noticed strange bugs with SCS's NPC customization. Particularly where ill have an npc join and they dont revert to level 1.

If you are doing a reinstall of a component, you will have to uninstall and reinstall everything installed after it was installed. My concern would be it borking the game since that is doing to be a bit of things uninstalling and reinstalling.

So I installed SCS, then Tweaks Anthology, and finally yours. I'd like to make changes to an SCS component. Am I required to reinstall Tweaks, and Skills and Abilities, after those changes?

is this ini called "enhanced-powergaming-scripts.ini"? I set hot_key_WeaponSwap= E to blank and then reinstalled. but, E was still active in game. am i doing it wrong?

I noticed i cannot change the keybinds in the ini. No matter what key i set it to, the game uses your settings.;
