Okay, thanks. I've not played in ages and while I tried to make sure I had everything correct, it looks like I didn't quite manage it.

I'm on Windows 10 and got the game through GOG. I've tried a few times to install, but it won't so I decided to take the advice given and post here. I'm kind of a moron though so I'm not too sure how is best to attach the debug file since it's 3x the max size allowed.
This is the error message I get as it rolls back, hope that helps.

Furthering my moron status, I just realised I posted in the wrong forum. I was using SCS rather than SCSII.

Allow me to be the lastest in a looooooooooong line of people hoping for Aklon's safe completion. Even if it takes another 7 years I'm sure he will be worth the wait.
