the barrel is still just an empty barrel. can do anything with it. asked the fletcher but he is just a shop now. no other options to try again. What is the item code for the troll part?

I don't seem to get any quest items. Completed the Fletcher mission and he said he had worked on the barrel but it will not allow you to use it on the elemental. the bottle wasn't in Daverons room and i got nothing from the sea troll.

HI Great mod. I may be getting something wrong but I don't seem to get the voucher to finish the brother quest from the smugglers.
