  1. OK, a small update (just in case someone is interested). I've decide to take the no replies as meaning "we don't know". So I've tried to install the mod to a "clean" install. Not working! the reason I wanted it was for the Monk HLA but this part refuses to install stating that I don't have ToB (I do have it).

    Live and learn :)

  2. Roxanne, another update, I removed the AmberEET-master mod and installed the ver. 4 from here and IT IS SHOWING WK and that version is at least 3 years older so why use the newer EET version? but If you are sure it only delays access until TOB then I think I'll restore the newer version because I never visit WK before TOB anyway.

  3. Roxanne, an update, I chose the very hard way of installing a mod and then checking the game, rinse and repeat, I found out that the Amber mod (AmberEET-master) is the one causing the WK to disappear from the map and that is strange since it's a mod for EET (and the version recommended by BWS).

  4. Roxanne, I have no idea why Weidu log says ??? about many of the mods I installed. All are EE compatible and all are the latest version (they were compatible in this 2013 list https://forums.beamdog.com/discussion/23726/bgii-ee-compatible-mod-list so surely newer versions are also compatible) , my install order might be not the best one but I cannot make BWS to install a working BG2EE at all.

The Saerileth version I'm using is the one you posted above, is this what's causing WK to not be on the world map?

  5. I reinstalled everything manually (didn't use BWS), my problem now is that I don't have Watchers Keep on my world map (in SoA).

I never go to Watchers Keep from SoA but this time around I have Saerileth as an NPC (though no romance since my PC is female), she's talking about Kesevar and checking in different forums I understood that after leaving the Underdark I'll be auto taken to Watchers Keep to meet him, that did not happen since there is no Watchers Keep on my map, the southern most point is the Wild Forest of Neera. But I'm not sure if I'm supposed to meet him at all since my PC have nothing going with Saerileth, on one side, on the other side I always had WK on my world map before so most probably one on the mods I installed is preventing it from showing and I would like to know which, so I'm attaching my Weidu log in hope someone can clarify this for me.

    Many thanks in advance.

  6. As far as I can see none of the mods I mentioned above is in the list but they are installed none the less

Edit: correction, I don't really know if they are installed in the game , what I meant was that a folder was created for each of them in the BG2 game folder so I'm assuming they are installed in the game as well, else, why create a folder?

  7.

according to the recommended install list.

If that means BWS recommended list, then it should use v105.

I was referring to the list here, http://gibberlings3.net/forums/index.php?showtopic=26945 , it does say v105 but there is no download link and on the modder's own page the link to the download leads to nothing, finding the correct file to download was harder then it should have been.

This is in fact a very old list (2014) and BGEE and BG2EE are very dynamic games yet. Many mods are updated meanwhile. BWS currently has a good up-to-date link list, even if you do not want to use the tool for your installs, you can download it and use its references to find mods. It took me less than 30 seconds to find a live link there.

    Thanks

  8. I re-installed my BG2EE (GOG version) and all the mods according to the recommended install list.

I have VampireTales104 which I assume is version 1.04, I'm unable to find a download link for a newer version and when I try to install the version that I have I get this error:

    https://pixhost.to/show/104/67922324_vampire-tales-error.jpg

I do have TOB installed, and if I choose to install the components of the mod, it does so, but they don't appear in the game.

    I have Baldur's Gate II v2.2.66.0.

Edit: Problem solved, managed to find version 1.05 and it did the trick.

(For anyone interested, finding the 1.05 version required a search for "VampireTales104.rar", with the quotes, and then from the first google result choosing VampireTalesForBG2EE ).

  9. LOL, thanks, as for the level, I removed the level cap and I played all the way until spellhold solo then added Imoen and did everything afterwards that did not absolutely required a new NPC (Rasheed and Neera) , also I used all my gold to buy freedom scrolls for 370GP each from adventure's mart (I had only Imoen as NPC) and then I opened my save in EEKeeper, multiplied number of freedom scrolls I had by 9000, divided by 2 and added the result each to my char-name and to Imoen and deleted the scrolls from my inventory and that's it :)

Edit: sorry to say that it did not solve the problem, she is NOT casting spells (I deleted my save and used yours).

2nd Edit: I checked with NearInfinity your save and the save of the new character in TOB, as far as I can see (and understand)

the new TOB character is listed as having "Default script DPLAYER3.BCS" and the char-name from your save is listed as having

"Class script BDDEFAI.BCS" and also Default script DPLAYER3.BCS
can you please tell me how to remove a script with NearInfinity? maybe if I remove BDDEFAI.BCS the problem will be solved since the TOB character does cast spell with only the Default script.
