Demon spells freeze game

Hi,

 

I have a problem where there is a spell that some demons cast that causes my game to crash. I have not been able to identify exactly which spell it is. I have had the problem in the Planar Sphere hell dimension area and in the Haer'Dalis rescue planar prison area. It is such that accessing the desktop is not properly possible and I have to switch off the computer manually. I am guessing the problem might be due to the Fixpack, as I have not had it before installing this. Here is a copy of my WeiDU.log file: there are mods installed after the Fixpack, but the problem existed before them. Can anyone help?

I have identified the spell in question to be Death Gaze. The spell is fired, my character takes damage and then the game freezes.

Update: I was stupid and didn't check whether there was a more recent version of the Fixpack available. Installing the latest version has removed the problem.
