Problem with IWD HOW

Got a problem with the mod, would love to try this again but not sure what the problem is.

 

Clean install of IWD + HOW no other mods or cracks.

on Vista 64 game will work fine but mod just won't install, not sure what is wrong, any ideas?

Ah my bad, I didn't see that, just thought it was HOW I needed.

 

not sure on the hex code, I'm guessing I typed the security code in the wrong box doh.

 

Great mod this well done indeed.
