Frein Posted March 24, 2009 Posted March 24, 2009 Just a while ago I noticed my Blade's (Haer'Dalis) HLA song was no longer doing anything. There is no AC bonus to him or the party, the fear immunity icon does not show up anymore and if I remember correctly, one of my characters even got feared with bard song on. I'm not sure at which point it stopped working, but I believe it was somewhere between killing Bodhi and then going back to Watcher's Keep after a brief visit to Suldanessar. I have tried kicking and re-inviting him into the party as well as re-starting the game to no avail. The song remains broken. I have the Fix Pack installed so I figured this would be the most appropriate forum to post in. Here is my WeiDU log in case it matters: // Log of Currently Installed WeiDU Mods// The top of the file is the 'oldest' mod // ~TP2_File~ #language_number #component_number // [subcomponent Name -> ] Component Name [ : Version] ~BG2FIXPACK/SETUP-BG2FIXPACK.TP2~ #0 #0 // BG2 Fixpack - Core Fixes: v8 ~BG2FIXPACK/SETUP-BG2FIXPACK.TP2~ #0 #1 // BG2 Fixpack - Game Text Update: v8 ~BG2FIXPACK/SETUP-BG2FIXPACK.TP2~ #0 #2 // Super Happy Fun Lucky Modder Pack: v8 ~BG2FIXPACK/SETUP-BG2FIXPACK.TP2~ #0 #3 // BETA Core Fixes (please check the readme!): v8 ~BG2FIXPACK/SETUP-BG2FIXPACK.TP2~ #0 #100 // Party Gets XP for Sending Keldorn to Reconcile With Maria: v8 ~BG2FIXPACK/SETUP-BG2FIXPACK.TP2~ #0 #101 // Improved Spell Animations: v8 ~BG2FIXPACK/SETUP-BG2FIXPACK.TP2~ #0 #103 // Mixed-Use Dagger Fixes: v8 ~BG2FIXPACK/SETUP-BG2FIXPACK.TP2~ #0 #104 // Ghreyfain's Holy Symbol Fixes: v8 ~BG2FIXPACK/SETUP-BG2FIXPACK.TP2~ #0 #106 // Giants Receive Penalties When Attacking Halflings, Dwarves, and Gnomes: v8 ~BG2FIXPACK/SETUP-BG2FIXPACK.TP2~ #0 #109 // Corrected Summoned Demon Behavior: v8 ~BG2FIXPACK/SETUP-BG2FIXPACK.TP2~ #0 #110 // Additional Script Fixes: v8 ~BG2FIXPACK/SETUP-BG2FIXPACK.TP2~ #0 #111 // Bard Song Fixes: v8 ~BG2FIXPACK/SETUP-BG2FIXPACK.TP2~ #0 #112 // Wizard Slayers Cause Miscast Magic on Ranged Attacks: v8 ~BG2FIXPACK/SETUP-BG2FIXPACK.TP2~ #0 #113 // Additional Alignment Fixes: v8 ~SETUP-ESERIES.TP2~ #0 #0 // eSeries v1.8 ~SETUP-GMINION.TP2~ #0 #0 // gMinion v1.8 ~SETUP-OVERSIGHT.TP2~ #0 #6 // Monk High Level Abilities ~SCSII/SETUP-SCSII.TP2~ #0 #1000 // Detectable spells and effects (required for most other components): v8 ~SCSII/SETUP-SCSII.TP2~ #0 #2000 // Allow Spellstrike to take down a Protection from Magic scroll: v8 ~SCSII/SETUP-SCSII.TP2~ #0 #2010 // More consistent Breach spell (always affects liches and rakshasas; Frein Posted March 25, 2009 Author Posted March 25, 2009 I figured it out! Bards lose their song if they are Imprisoned. Haer'Dalis got a taste of Kangaxx's power and that's where he lost his song. I tested it by casting Imprisonment on him myself and it did indeed break it. I'll make a new topic with a more appropriate name.
