Turns out that under most circumstances, a lower level caster (even 1 level lower) has zero chance to dispel a higher level caster. Under SCSII, where many AI caster levels have been increased dramatically, this is a big deal. In any event, Taimon is a genius and this is a major gameplay fix. Link to comment
