Error installing SCS in a new BWP install

Okay so I tried to do a new BWP install and I got totally different errors from the previous installations and I don't understand the reasons. Multiple components did not install correctly from SCS

 

Here is an example of an error:

I also opened a post in Mega Mod Help forum from Spellhold and there I uploaded the SCS debug and Big World Debug

 

Edit: I started a new install and this problem didn't appear again. It seems like it was a random error.
