Changing PST resolution after install

It took a while, but I managed to get the widescreen mod up and running with ghostdog's ui tweaks, but I've run into a problem. I used 1600x1200 resolution, but my monitor is 1900x1200(17 inches) so everything is far too small to see. I wanted to reduce the resolution but I'm not sure if it's possible without reinstalling the my and restarting my saves(again).

 

Any help would be appreciated.

You can reinstall WSM to change resolution, but that'd break your save games.

Do you believe I could uninstall/reinstall it without breaking my mod setup?
