Baldur's gate tutu not going widescreen, however no error message on installer

I just tried installing the widescreen mod at 1366x768 resolution on BG Tutu, and the installer says that the mod has successfully installed, however Windows 7 then gives me a "this program did not install properly" message. When I run BG Tutu it is still just in its regular resolution, as if the mod has had no effect. However I'm not really sure where to start in terms of solving the problem, as the mod itself has given me no error message. If anyone has any ideas as to why this could be I would really appreciate any help. Oh, also if I click "install using recommended settings" when the Windows message comes up, it re-installs and Windows no longer gives me an error message, however the mod still has no effect

I just got it working, the problem was I was using an old version I had downloaded on my old computer and transferred across to here, I should have checked for a more recent version straight away, now I feel stupid! Sorry to waste your time.
