Simulacrums not resolving triggers/sequencers

I've tried to search for this, but only came up with vague indications that sims and sequencer/trigger type spells don't always play nicely together.

 

I'm on ToB + Fixpack + Spell Revisions + SCS-II. I've checked with Demivrgvs that this isn't an SR issue - i.e. SR doesn't modify Simulacrum's innate abilities or otherwise.

 

When I cast Sim, it copies any active triggers I have - i.e. I can find their ability buttons when I click on the Sim's special abilities button. The animation works and the dialogue confirms: "CharName: Minor Spell Sequencer: CharName" or whatever. However, there is no effect. For example, if I have 2xWeb in it, no webs appear. The very same (non-copied) sequencer works fine if my original caster (the real me) uses it.

 

I'm just wondering if anybody, anywhere ever successfully cast a sequencer/trigger type spell through his Simmy. If it's possible, do you know of fixes that do away with the buggyness? Thanks for reading.
