AR0100.BIF help! I can prove I am exceptional

I know that I need to make a full installation for it to patch, and I know you got to make four folders on the C drive somewhere and put all the .bifs from the discs in four seperate folders; then link them all through the .ini file.

 

BUT.

 

I cannot move the AR0100.BIF file from cd2, when I go to copying it to my other cd2 folder, the copying process is stuck half-way and freezes my computer; shortly before the copying is cancelled. There's no way for me to move this file, please help!

 

(Also, I don't know how to post debug reports either).

Have you tried cleaning your CDs, checking them for scratches etc.?

Yep, they are all fine and good. I'm using the 4 disc edition by the way. It's just that one file out of all the files and cds. I get the following error when I try to paste it somewhere:

 

 

I suspect this file is somehow corrupted or something?

That seems likely. If that's the only broken file you have I'll upload ar0100.bif for you; if you have other broken files you could re-buy PST for 10$ on gog.com (or searching on certain types of sites).

OMG THANKS DUDE! You just saved me spending another £10!

 

I successfully installed the widescreen mod, the UI fix, and the other three recommended mod fixes just now. It's all a success, thanks to just one file! I'm now about to play the best game ever for my first time, thanks again!
