Minsc joins the party at level 1 with 32293 experience if PC's level is 1.

 

I do not have any other mods installed besides NPC project and Fixpack, and it's slightly bugging me that I have to use a console to reduce minsc's experience.

 

Would you kindly take a look at it to confirm if it is a bug? Thank you.

Wooops... I read the linked post and just realized it's been reported/fixed for version 21. I thought the newest NPC project is version 21. My bad.
