Fixpack can break Skin Dancer quest?

Hi there. Love the fixpack in general, but I think I just noticed an issue in my most recent playthrough of BG2.

 

Choosing the evil path for Druid Grove quest (poisoning the Grove for Lord Khellon Menold) seems to break the Skin Dancer quest in the fixpack. I believe this is caused by the fix "Additional Hero Quests in Trademeet Wait Until Hero is Officially Named," which prevents the questgiver for the Skin Dancer quest from appearing until the hero is officially named the hero of Trademeet. Since that never happens when choosing the evil path for the Druid Grove quest, this never gets activated, although everyone in town still seems to refer to you as the hero that Trademeet deserves. Once I uninstalled the Fixpack, I immediately got the quest.
