SOLVED

 

Hello!

 

I'm trying to install SCS on the GOG version of BG2+ToB, but the installation always stalls at the end because of a failure to install the core component that all other components require. Other mods installed correctly, but this one, the most important one, will not cooperate. I'm running 64bit W7.

It's a fairly light install, so I don't expect there to be any compatibility issues. I've used SCS before long ago, but that was on the original physical releases of BG2 and ToB. Is there something different about the GOG version I need to consider?

 

EDIT: For whatever reason, simply uninstalling all mods and manually installing them again fixed the issue.
