Question about multiple romances on BG2 with tweaks anthology mod

Hi, I have a question about multiple romances on BG2 with the tweaks anthology mod

I enabled multiple romances and currently have Aerie / Viconia / Jaheira in my party with my male charname. All three romances started well, until yesterday the conflict dialog between Viconia and Aerie showed up, in which I was forced to make a choice. I would obviously like to keep both romances active, and thought the mod worked by making the conflict dialogs not appear, so I was a bit surprised. Will both romances stay active, even though I chose a dialog option that said to Aerie that I wasn't interested in her, but only in Viconia?

 

I'm pretty sure I installed the mod properly as other changes that I enabled are apparent and work well (such as infinite arrow stack and helmet non display)

 

please help!
