Spell name and description is messed up

So, I just did a new reinstall of EET using Project Infinity. I started an SOD game to see how it was working, and at first, it seemed fine. Then I checked Jaheira's spells -- and there's a new one that has random snippets of dialogue as the name and description. The spell seems to do nothing when cast, and it wasn't there before I levelled her up. 

I have no idea which mod caused this.
