I'm on Linux, not EE, with wine, and the first component succeed but with warnings.

I get the following error only once: 

oggdec from vorbis-tools 1.4.2
ERROR: Failed to open input as Vorbis

And it's because it tries to oggdec convert: eidu_external/workspace/arcane_resrefs.txt_audio_temp/converted/#eff_m13.wav

Which is a wavc file and as I understand we should just copy that file to the override dir without any conversion.
