Emotion Courage Scroll? SCS V35.4

I'm not sure if this is an issue or not for SCS, but my older installs had a scroll for Emotion Courage in one of the Iron Throne Headquarter bookshelves.  It could be this was from IWDification and not SCS since i did have that installed instead of the IWD Spells from SCS at the time. But with the v35 update I switched back to SCS IWD Spells.

Is there a place where you can get a scroll of Emotion Courage with the SCS IWD spells installed?

I just checked my v35.4 SOD install also and I don't see any scrolls on merchants or containers unless my search in nearinfinity may have missed the reference.
