Installed with warnings

Getting a lot of "installed with warnings".

First it was ascension, now it is rogue rebalancing. I provide the debugs, maybe someone can say me that it is harmless.

Can anyone tell me what's the issue? I would avoid installing these mods next time if these entries are alerting me there is an issue I shouldn't close my eyes to.
