IWDEE Exchange with Merchants won't install

Thread title...... getting this when trying to install.

Think I figured it out.  The IWDEE Item Tweaks component of subtledoctor's item tweaks package seems to have been the issue.  Took that out of the load order and the Exchange with Merchants installed normally.
