  1. Hey :) Just finished an install of all the UA mods and did some testing. Figured I'd mention the bugs I found before doing the new install with the new MnG version ^^

    1. The Magistrati of Azuth appears in the single druid kits when I pick elf as my race (not when I am human) It doesn't have access to any spells except for the basic ones like bless, prayer, chant etc
    2. In the spellbook the following icons are missing for the hivedruid : Beetle swarm, Spider swarm, Cloak of Darkness and Summon Rhinocerous Beetle. Their names do appear in the book and I can memorize them, but they do not appear as castable spells after resting. I am using SCS Icewinddale spells which I installed before this mod and TnB As well as 5E casting.
    3. A minor bug, Watery fist is missing it's Icon when it is a castable spell. It is fine when in the spellbook and otherwise functions fine. (I can cast it)
    4. Multi shamans did not install. I forgot to record the error code as well as my weiddu log at that point :( and went on to a complete installation. I thought at the time it was a known bug until I realised the version I used was one named as fixing that. So right now I only have the weidu log of the full install.

    Once again, these mods look absolutely amazing ❤️ I look forward to seeing how it progresses over time :D

  2. Hello :) Finally had time today to do another install of your mods. When I got to Might & Guile The Bard Overhaul Component got an error message and did not install.
     

    ERROR: cannot convert semi_spont_arcane or %semi_spont_arcane% to an integer
    ERROR: [d5zzini.spl] -> [override/d5zzini.spl] Patching Failed (COPY) (Not_found)

    The rest of the mod installed without issue. Unfortunately the debug exceeds the max size for files to upload.

    I second this :D. Unfortunately MOoF does not seem to function as the unarmed attack seems to stay at the level of a non monk character for me, not overcoming resistances and doing low nonlethal damage. Some of the kits with only a few thieving abilities also get into the problem at high levels that you have too many thieving points to spend which stops you from leveling up. I run into these issues with both a clean installation without other mods as well as my installation containing a lot of different mods :(

  4. Just tried your hotfix mod and it seems to have solved that problem completely! However for Mage/priests there seems to be a different issue. Other than the spells changing locations, Which I believe is a known issue, all the spells seem to be cast-able way to many times. as a level 6/6 Abjurist of Mystra eith 19 Intelligence and 18 wisdom and without gear could cast 3rd level spells 6 times 2nd level spells 9 times and first levels spells either 9 times or 18 times. Also casting a priest spell costs a use of mage spells at the same level except for a few spells  (magic missile Chromatic orb and Acid arrow, possibly more as I only had time to test out a few combinations)

    Something further I just noticed. My q and my a key trigger the casting of my highest level spell. Which since q is my quicksave key is not ideal though for now I can get around it by binding that to a different key. Changing keybinds does not seem to help. Nor does changing scripts or turning scripts on or off. Not sure if this is 5E or another mod doing this though. Planning to create several different installs in the coming few days with different combinations of mods to see if I can find out more :)

  5. Hey again :)  Did some more testing without the NPC EE which isn't installing and found some things that I thought would be best for this thread.

    With my current setup mages actually seem to be working perfectly as intended. 5e casting kicks in and all works rather nicely for both singleclass, mage/thief and specialized mages :)
    Now when I try the same with Priests
    It behaves differently. For both multiclass and singleclass priest, while it does give me all the memorized spells spontanously it also gives me a single cast of every spell I memorized. Basically giving me one extra cast of everything only instead of it being stacked conveniently with the spontaneous ones they are one their own and I need to scroll past them to get to the spontaneous one. It doesn't really break my ability to play, but I thought it might be good to report the bug regardless. One visual difference is that after resting the spellbutton does not do the briefly turn off and on thing that did happen for the non priest mages. I think this is probably why those single casts aren't being removed.

    Aside from this, the mod Monastic Orders of Faerun is not functioning well at all. I know that that mod is by a different author but someone friendly at the beamdog forums suggested I'd mention it here :) The fist is behaving like a normal non monk fist. No overcoming of resistance and only a small amount of non lethal damage. It is of course completely understandable if this is not something you want to take a look at!

    I could not add the debug files of the other mod I mentioned nor the 5e one, they seem to be too large to be allowed in a message. Sorry if this is not enough information :(

  6. Hello :)  I just got to the end of installing a lot of mods for bg 2 and now NPC EE is getting an error during the installation of the final component.

    ERROR: cannot convert kit_is_row or %kit_is_row% to an integer
    ERROR: [qd_mcf01.spl] -> [override/qd_mcf01.spl] Patching Failed (COPY) (Not_found)
    Stopping installation because of error.

    I was wondering if there is any way of resolving this error without getting rid of any of the mods.
    My own guess is that Monastic Orders is the culprit, but I would rather avoid having to uninstall it if possible.

My apologies if this has already been answered elsewhere 😅 I am returning to installing mods after several years of being to busy and I was wondering if any of you know whether the old mod Monastic Orders of Faerun is still working on EE? I am planning on doing an installation that has Rogue rebalancing, Tome & Blood, Faiths & Powers, Scales of balance and 5E Casting conversions. Would Monastic Orders still be compatible with that setup or is it better to leave it out?
    I also wanted to thank you for still working on these games! The base games as well as the mods have been an amazing part of my childhood and teenage years ❤️
