Ya and the boy

I'm new to bg2 modding and just started a new playthrough and it was going fine until I encountered a strange issue. I I'm unable to enter the circus tent in the promenade I can enter other building and leave the area but for some reason the door icon for the tent just doesn't show up I tried reloading and resting but neither worked. I would appreciate any help in identifying what is causing this. WeiDU.log
