I already know the reason, it's my problem. I encoded the game.tra file into ANSI, which caused garbled content in the tlk file after installation, resulting in the game crashing. After I encoded the game.tra file into UTF-8, there was no problem.
There will be no issues with the latest submitted PR.

I see in https://github.com/TotalMilk90/gorgon/blob/9623580155ad2a4ba2579dfe4651a714cdf936e2/gorgon/setup-gorgon.tp2#L9 that a dialog.tra file was maybe intended but was never finished(?) and commented out.
The quest.tra file seems to only contain journal entries (a guess) and not dialog content.
I have checked V3.3, V4.0, and later versions, and the mod has not used the dialog.tra file since V4.0
Instead, they put the dialogue content in D file. -

I am currently translating the TRA file into Chinese and it is about to end. After the translation is completed, I will now test whether there will be pairing issues with ~ or " when selecting Chinese installation.
