I've seen this nowhere, but I can't get it to work, even in a completely new install (on BGEE/SoD or BG2EE). I know I can separate the stacks myself, but everytime I see this tweak, I'm tempted, and it never works for me. Increasing to 120 works, but 40 gives me 80 everytime.

Haha, yeah it's actually every character, my poor gnome got turned too with the staff+1. After some testing, it looks like it happens because of the ToF component "Allow monks to use staffs: Beta 5", without it seems to work fine. Otherwise, any "excellent" weapon changes the paperdoll. I think.

So, on BGEE/SoD when I install the component "Replace many +1 magic weapons with nonmagical "fine" ones -> Fine weapons are affected by the iron crisis: 35.8" weirdness happens to NPC's looks. Changing gender/race. As an example, Bjornin is a woman (his soundset is still male). If I equip a staff with Kagain he becomes a female elf, so I had a good laugh.

Ok, yes I checked and the eefixpack has nothing to do with it. It's the 'Improved NPC customisation and management' component, without it Viconia is a Drow, Xan a Moon Elf, Kivan a Wood Elf. When they start lvl 0 with the component, it messes up their race.

Ok, I've made a new install with the beta5 (still bgee/sod), completely new game but she is a wild elf. I tried a new game, then she was a sun elf. So I went to pick up Kivan and consoled!Coran and Xan, and the same, sometimes wild elves, sometimes sun elves. Is it because of the eefixpack ? I'll try an install without it because I really don't know why the others mods would mess this up.

Ah, thanks, I really like a lot of your mods actually. Thank you for the warning ! I guess I'll have to try to go there by day only, or I'll skip it. We'll see, I've started over so many times already....
