Got another two PC initiated dialogues done. Now only 4 general dialogues and the romance specific ones (number indeterminate, sorry ) to go.

And speaking of breif dialogues, there's another one down. On I go.

Well, so much for shorter dialogues. Finally finished "Aklon's whirlwind tour of Toril" and, unless I go into some kind of drug-crazed writing frenzy, the following chats with Aklon should be a bit faster to produce. There's still a few to go, but some wll be fairly breif. More as it happens.

He does prefer women who can string a sentence together.

Goodness me, it's a progress report in the progress report thread! I've finally finished Aklon's "Childhood and Education" talk and am finally moving onto other (hopefully shorter ) talks.

Well, he's not one of the Faithless, since he believes in, and honours, all the gods. He's not technically one of the False, because with no patron deity, whose principles can he violate? So he'd probably be taken by the god that most likes his style. Probably Oghma, maybe Tempus. Or he may just end up in the City of the Dead with Kelemvor. Aklon himself hasn't thought about it much.

Aklon and Aerie won't have er... puppies in-game. They might in their Epilogue, I haven't decided on that yet. Aklon actually worships no patron deity at all, preferring to give each god or goddess the proper worship in the proper time. Some of the more religious NPC's may comment on this.

Nope. It's not really in his nature to say "I told you so."

What about Haer'Dalis? Will Aklon try to step in if HD hits on Aerie? From what I have gathered on Aklon he should be much better company to Aerie than our delicious bard. -Meira Aklon and Haer'Dalis will have a conflict with each other over Aerie if they're in the party together. Depending on how late you pick up Haer'Dalis, he might try to woo her away from Aklon. Aklon, however, won't try to steal Aerie from Haer'Dalis. I haven't decided yet on how bloody their confrontations will get, but there's fighting potential there.

Well, it's listed on the features section of Aklon's webpage. Basically, if the PC doesn't meet Aklon's criteria for romance or the PC stops Aklon's romance early enough, he'll romance Aerie. He won't, however, try to take Aerie from an interested PC. I'm sure he'll be most appreciative : Finished another dialogue last night, BTW. About Aklon's family.

Aklon. A LN human monk. Height: 6'7"; Hair: Blonde, Eyes: Blue, Age: 37 (or just, older, if you prefer). STATS: Strength: 16 (Years of combat training and rough living) Dexterity: 18 (The same) Constitution: 13 (Not spectacularly enduring, but better than the norm) Intelligence: 15 (From 13) (Native intelligence and extensive education.) Wisdom: 15 (Long experience in the world) Charisma: 12 (About average. You weren't expecting a single digit value, right?) BIOGRAPHY: Aklon is a consummate wanderer, having spent almost his entire life travelling across Faerun and more distant lands to the East and South. Aklon has passed through every part of Faerun, lived in many cities, survived in harsh wilderness and fought many battles. The constant travel, combined with a wide ranging education in his youth, have given Aklon a measure of knowledge and experience unusual in a man of his age. Though Aklon's skills are those of a fighting monk, he is not a member of any fighting order. Rather, his battle skills are an eclectic mix of western and eastern martial traditions, combined with vicious fighting moves learned in innumerable tavern brawls across the face of Toril.
