Thanks for the answer! You're prob right that I miss-remember. On the second map the spawns already have 2-3 creatures.

Sorry for the basic question. I installed the trilogy mod and then SCS. Started the game on Insane and there are less enemies on the first map (Lion's way) than they were in the vanilla BGEE game. For instance there is only one wolf (instead of 3), only one Gibberling instead of a bunch. Is this intended or did I mess something up? Thank you!
