Displacer
Party members in PST (with the exception of Nameless) get bonus max hit points equal to twice their current level, this is why viewing them in an editor will show their max hit points lower than would be expected (uninjured shows max hp lower than current hp). Was this known? Link to comment
Nythrun
You're looking at constitution bonus hitpoints, which are calculated dynamically and not stored in the max hitpoints field. That, and a lot of 16 con joinable NPCs. Link to comment

To see this, change the level on a pc in the party (excluding Nameless) and you'll see the max hit points change, regardless of what the constitution is. Also if you look at the character in an editor, you'll see the max hit points are exactly the characters level x2 less than the current hitpoints (assuming a fully healed character) Link to comment
Nythrun
16 constitution is +2 hitpoints per level - so yes, changing the level also changes the amount of hitpoints. Link to comment
Displacer
Yea, ok I see it now. Apparently I mistook the per level for per level up, thanks for straightening that out. Link to comment
