Disclaimer: I have no clue about how to use the console :crazyeyes:

I'm interested into this component:

- More console fine-tuning options by popular demand: turn off neutral mage pre-buffing if you find it jarring;

but at the same time I don't want to

turn off all pre-buffing at any time in the game where you find it too difficult or unrealistic

so how do I avoid to have Ribald and other blue npcs casting their buffs once and for all?

See here

for how to use the console.

See the SCSII readme for instructions on which console commands to enter.
