New kobold behaviour in Lilarcor quest

Hi, in the sewers below the Copper Coronet, you look for items to get the Lilarcor sword. One of the items is a staff owned by a kobold shaman.

If you give him 2,000 coins, he gives the staff, but the other kobolds attack him and you watch the show, getting the staff and the coins from his cold body afterwards.

But last time I try this, I notice all kobolds become red, some attack the shaman, but the others attack the party.

Don't know if it's by design.

Fixpack doesn't make any changes to these scripts. If you have other mods installed, it is possible one of them is involved.

Sounds like it could be an issue with some shout script.
