Missing HLA's after importing

I have encountered a disturbing error in importing my Geomantic Sorcerer of Doom .

 

Upon importing, he has NONE of his HLAs, save for his HL spells (Union of Magic, Fiery Cataclysm, etc.). To see if this was just a Geomantic Sorcerer Kit problem, I then went and installed the Oversight Monk HLA Table, and sure enough, monks with the new HLAs upon exporting and observing the character files with Shadowkeeper are visible, but they disappear upon importing into the game. I have imported a HL Kensai into the game with a normal fighter HLA table, but he has all of his HLAs

 

My question is this: is this a bug of the game to not import the custom abilities of kit mods, or are the mods I'm using just crappy does the game not like the mods I'm using?

 

I've done everything I can think of, even firing up WinBiff and inserting all of the spell files into the Spells biff, but I have not had any luck in fixing this.
