I was just wondering if Gavin will be coming to ToB one day?

 

It would be nice to have him through the entire saga, from the very start to the very end.

Yes, it will happen. When, I don't know. RL is hitting me hard, so I'm not going to be doing a lot of modding in the months ahead. That said, ToB is a lot simpler, both in terms of scale and scope. There are no multiple romance paths to worry about, and the game is shorter. We'll have to wait and see.
