Setting tokens in dialogues?

I can't get tokens to display in my dialogue. Is it possible that tokens are applied after quiting the dialogue just like spells?

What do you see instead?

xy <MYTOKEN> zz

or xz zz ?

 

If the first: set the strref to resolve tokens.

 

If it is the second:

SetToken is normally listed in instant.ids, check if it is there.

Or maybe, any actions before it in your response block (i think the first non-instant will make the rest queue-d).
