Hello, all! I think I've said something similar on SHS:

 

Because of my odd BGmain file, I was unable to install Full BGT music. Instead I installed the hybrid version - and, unsurprisingly, some areas miss their soundtracks. Mainly, in BG1 part, in forest areas where a dungeon melody plays. (Ulcaster, lighthouse and Firewine)

 

I've tried to edit area files with NI, an the 'song' parameter, to see 90-92 reference numbers. In the 'musiclis.ids' the maximum number is 80 (only SoA and ToB soundtracks). Oddly enough, other soundtracks are in place. So my question: how to change songs on areas?

Can't you get the moddable bgmain?

This is a strange question. The songs are plain indices so modifying them should be easy. If not with NI, then DLTCEP, or plain weidu byte hacking.
