region link and used by door flag

According to NI, the region link of a door could be 16 bytes long. (I haven't tested it with longer names).

If a travel region was referenced in a door's region link, then the door (when closed), will set the travel region's 'used by door' flag. This makes the travel region temporarily disabled.

So, you have to set this flag only if your door is closed in the beginning. If your door is open, you don't have to set it. (Otherwise the travel region will be disabled and you have to close/reopen the door).

So, i would rather call the flag as 'blocked by door'.
