When I cast chaotic commands on a dominated/confused character they stay in the altered state- even though the icon for chaotic commands Still Appeaers under their portrait Link to comment
Ardanis Posted February 1, 2013 Share Posted February 1, 2013 It only prevents the oncoming spells from taking effect. To cure the confusion state you need either Dispel Magic or Break Enchantment (the former Remove Curse). The latter, however, can not normally remove the charm/domination state due to engine complications. A workaround for that problem will be implemented in SR v4, but until then only dispelling will help there. Link to comment

That's kind of frustrating glad a workaround is being implemented- it doesn't seem fair that there's basically no way to break mind effects without killing my buffs :'( Link to comment
