The romance tweak and minimum score tweak do not properly remember their setting, so attempting to modify the installation of BG2 Tweaks with either of those installed inappropriately halts the installer process until the user intervenes.

 

Step 1: Install all tweaks, including the romance tweak and the tweak that lets you select a minimum ability score for all kits/classes. When done, exit the installer.

Step 2: Run the installer again to make changes. Select to only disable cosmetic tweaks. change the setting on one of the cosmetic tweaks saying no to the rest.

 

At this point the entire tweakpack is going to be uninstalled and then reinstalled with the last configured setting. A fully automatic process that goes tweak by tweak and reinstalls it.

 

However, the minimum ability scores tweak and the romance tweak both break this process to ask you to reinput all the choices you made when you first installed them.
