TAGIRL is a file from the mod Tashia NPC.

I have attached the tagirl.cre(renamed to tagirl.txt as the forum wont allow me to upload cre files).

 

Hope it can help the troubleshooting.

Hang on, that can't be the last lines of the debug file - it doesn't report any error.

 

EDIT:

 

tagirl.cre is broken - its item slots reference non-existent equipment.
