Lines across TIS files

Having upgraded to v2.0 of BG:EE I'm doing some testing of The Stone of Askavar. This mod has several original areas but what I'm finding different is that the Tis files of these areas have lines across them. I've not seen this before. Has anyone come across this problem. I've attached a jpg so you can see the problem. It's not just one area but all the new areas that are added. In Near Infinity though the lines don't show.
