EET_end with an installation in few parts

I am preparing an EET install with Project Infinity

Due to PI being very slow, i divide my installation preparation in few parts. For each part there is a corresponding Installsequence.csv

Do i have to uninstall EET_end before installing the next part and then reapply EET_end ... Or can i keep my installation on top of EET_end and then reapply EET_end to do some tests before continuing.
