Wich Version of Stratagems ?

Hey guys. I Play BG 2 with ToB ( not EE ). I seem to recall I used an older version of SCS wich gave me the option of choosing " maximum difficulty" for enemy groupings. That caused Liches to Spawn with summon fiend and whatnot ( I prefer to make the game as difficult as possible while playing fair and using no exploits ).

Also, mages would be extremely powerful, even early game.

Any advice on wich version to choose ? Right now, the version I'm using, along with other mods, are installed in this order :

Fixpack v13

ItemRevisions 3.0.17

Stratagems v24

Tweaks v12

Level1Npcs v3

I know i've used to play a clean, almost bugless game with this setup before, the only thing different on this playthrough is Lv1 npcs, wich I've never used before. 

As of right now it's quite buggy. Halfling mages in the Sphere did not spawn, Tanova stood idle and did nothing, game crashed while fighting beholders.

Any insight would be greatly aprecciated !
