That's fair. I'll try different install orders to see if I can catch the source, but I'm on a potato so it won't be fast. Ultimately this can probably be avoided by anyone with a small search and tinkering on notepad, so it shouldn't be too big of an issue meanwhile.

@ the_sextein I meant about those "30 or so more mods" as well, because I'm not so sure anymore this is about UI mods alone.

Oh sorry, I've got the thief point issue with infinity UI.  I don't know what is causing the issue with the 9 new spells but EEex is reporting it so I incorrectly assumed it was EEex that had the problem with it.  My Weidu.

Install order aside*, I'd say Infinity++ is the only thing I can see there that would be causing the problem. Try installing EEex, Infinity++ and the SCS new spells alone, I'm guessing the install log would give you the same messages about missing functions Lefreut pointed out.

*Pretty sure SCS doesn't have to go after EET_END or Tweaks Anthology anymore?

I'm not sure that SCS has ever had to go after EET_END but it's always been recommended.  For my setup it's important to install SCS Icewind Dale spells before Icewind Dale 1 & 2 with HOW and TOTLM.  I also like to put EET Tweaks in between Icewind Dale 1 & 2 so I can apply an XP reduction to IWDEE and not to IWD2EE for game balance reasons.  Imoen forever needs to go early and it's always been recommended to install Acension early on in the BG2 modifications.  I usually start with converging all BG games and then upgrade the engine.  After that I install BGEE mods, then SOD mods, then BG2 mods, then TOB mods and then Icewind Dale additions with SCS following up last.  I keep NPC mods last in each game.  I Never had any problems with installs or bugs in game with this method.  Icewind Dale 2 EET has a few buggy quests but nothing game breaking and that's simply because it's beta and the few broken quests have never worked up to this point.
