[v34,v35] SCS --force-install-list exits after one component if --language is provided too

SCS's installer doesn't like it if you provide --language as an argument alongside --force-install-list.  It'll run and exit after installing just one component instead of the full list.

• setup-STRATAGEMS --force-install-list 1500 1510 1520"  will install all 3 components after first prompting you for the language
• "setup-STRATAGEMS --language 0 --force-install-list 1500 1510 1520" will exit after installing just component 1500

--language works fine with --force-install-list for every other mod I install, it's just SCS that has the problem.  Haven't tried it with ToF yet.  (I use --force-install-list batch commands for easy reinstalls while playing with mod orders.)

This isn't new with v35, happens with v34 too.
