Not able to dual-class

Hello, I came across a bug where I'm not able to dual class after installing a large amount of mods. I then narrowed it down a little:

1. If I install every mod except SCS, I am able to dual.

2. If I do a fresh install with only SCS, I am also able to dual.

So something isn't playing nice with SCS. I then narrowed it down further to some of the tweak mods I am using, as I didn't think it was one of the npc or kit mods.

Here are the components I have installed. Mods used are Tome and Blood, Artemius' House rules, Tweaks anthology, Jmerry's tweak collection, morpheus' skills and abilities and SCS.

Given the size of that mod list I'll need someone to pin the incompatibility down a bit before I can do much,.

One other suggestion: run BG in windowed mode, out of a CMD console (i.e., open a CMD console, change directory ('cd C:\games\bg2ee' or whatever) to your BG2EE directory, then type 'baldur'. You then get a lot of UI debug information in the console window. See if pressing the dual-class button generates a message; if it does, post it here.
