Translation problems

I was in Munich (Germany) earlier today and Friday, with two friends of mine (we'll call them Friend1 and Friend2) who can't talk English or German at all. For easiness of understanding, everything is translated in english; stuff in green was said in Italian, everything else in English.

Scene 1: in a bar.

Friend1: We'd like three coffee, please.

Me: How the hell is she supposed to understand Italian?

Waitress: I'm Italian and moved here from Venice six months ago.

Me: ...

Scene 2: in a souvenir shop.

note: friend2 is a magician (IE, one of those people who play tricks with cards and other stuff).

Friend2: Can you ask her if a magician is here? I've seen some interesting games and I'd like to see them in action.

Me: He said he's looking for a wizard.

Shop assistant: A what?

Me: A wizard.

Shop assistant: Yes, we have one, but he's currently away. In a fantasy book.

Me: ...

Me: ... uh, no, I meant a magician.

Scene 3: at the HB pub in Munich.

note: 'bill' is spelled 'conto' in Italian.

Friend2 (at a waiter): 'xcuse me! 'xcuse me!

Waiter: Yes?

Friend2: The cunt, please.

Waiter: *looks at him badly* WHAT?

Friend2: The cunt.

Me: ...I think he means the bill.

I'm just glad the last one wasn't a waitress. :)

More will be coming this september after we go back there for Oktoberfest. (If I'll still have enough brain cells to remember more of them).

And who said the Germans don't have a sense of humour. :)
