Changing the portrait of an npc

Hello folks,

 

I hope you can help me, I got a somewhat noobish problem. I play BG2 just the way it is, no mods or nothing.

 

I've started to play BG2 with the Keldorn-portrait for my main char. Meanwhile I've taken another portrait. Nevertheless, now as I've got the real Keldorn into my party, surprise: He now has another portrait.

It's the original version of this one http://www.gibberlings3.net/portraits/albu...es/nm_abdel.jpg actually.

 

I've tried to use the "NiGHTMARE's NPC Beautification Pack" ... It does change the original keldorn-portrait, but my keldorn-npc still uses the other portrait, as BG2 seems to avoid the original keldorn-portrait.

 

So how could I get the original more char-fitting portrait again?

Once the npc is in your save game the only way to change his portrait is with NI or shadowkeeper.
